Body: 75CR1 chrome-vanadium tool steel — excellent high-temperature rigidity, anti-deformation
Tips: imported tungsten-titanium carbide, stay sharp far longer than ordinary tips, cutting downtime and consumable cost
Hardness: HRC 50–52, no deformation at high temperature
Process: through-hardened + precision leveling, no wobble at high speed
Advantage: vs. ordinary 65Mn — heat- and fatigue-resistant, no burning
Compatibility: multi-rip and cross-cut saws for hardwood, rubberwood and thick MDF
Selection Tips
Heavy continuous cutting → prefer alloy tool-steel bodies (e.g. 75CR1)
